Here’s a perfect example: Last fall our CEO was in New York City for a meeting. When he arrived at LaGuardia airport for his return flight home, he could not find his driver’s license. He approached the gate with his ticket but no picture ID. He was, however, carrying his SnapTotes messenger bag featuring a collage of photos of his family and the SnapTotes logo. He showed the gate attendant his ticket, his business card, and the bag with his photo all over it and they let him on the plane. What a fabulous SnapTotes story!

Here’s another one: One day last summer we received a call at SnapTotes headquarters from a gas station in Texas. A customer had paid for her gas and drink and walked out leaving her SnapTotes handbag on the counter. The store clerk saw the SnapTotes label in her bag and called us. We were able to locate the customer’s phone number and call her to alert her of her missing bag.
